Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy

	Booking form signed by the client.
	Upon booking confirmation, deposit payment of 30% of the total balance.
	Remaining balance payment due at the latest 30 days prior to arrival.
	If the holiday starts within 30 days from the time of booking, the total payment is due within 10 days from the time of booking
	We reserve the right to consider the booking cancelled in the event the balance is not received by the due date and shall be entitled to retain the deposit.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by client: Cancellation by client will apply from the date we receive written cancellation from the client.
The following charges will apply:
	More than 30 days prior to arrival date - loss of deposit
	30 days or less prior to arrival date - 100% loss of total

Cancellation by Us:
In the unlikely event of cancellation by Comfortitalia and an acceptable alternative is not found, then Comfortitalia will refund all money paid.
