A stylish and spacious studio apartment in the historic center of Rome
just 3 blocks from Piazza Campo dei Fiori and 5 blocks
from Piazza Navona, the Savelli offers an authentic
taste of Roman ambience.
This quality apartment is situated on the second floor (U.S. third
floor) of a three-story building without elevator. It is approx. 60
sqms / 650 sqft and consists of a spacious room with double bed, a double
sofabed, dining area, kitchenette and large bathroom.
The bathroom contains an oversized jacuzzi bathtub with shower, sink,
toilet and bidet.
The exposed kitchenette, which is located in one corner of the studio,
is equipped with gas stove with four burners, microwave oven, half-sized
refridgerator and American coffee-maker.
The apartment's structure, furnishings and decor are minimalist but
of high quality and artistic taste. Floors are covered with polished
hard wood and the ceiling is c. 15 ft. high with exposed wooden beams.
The two large windows in the studio apartment look onto Via del Pellegrino,
offering a pleasant view of one of the most characteristic streets in
Rome.

This apartment is located on Vicolo Savelli, a short and narrow street
extending between Via del Pellegrino and Corso
Vittorio Emanuele II in the heart of Rome's historic center.
Three blocks away is Piazza Campo
dei Fiori, offering the life of Rome -- street-side cafes,
restaurants, wine bars, as well as a daily open-air fruits and vegetable
market.
Via del Pellegrino, the long winding street extending towards Campo
dei Fiori, is lined with antique shops, fashion boutiques, smaller grocery
stores and wine bars.
Corso Vittorio Emanuelle II, which is the main avenue that runs parallel
to Via del Pellegrino, has bus-stops with express buses to Termini train
station and other major stops.
