apartment is located just a few steps from Piazza del Popolo, and offers two wrap-around balconies with table and chairs perfect for dining al fresco.
Located on the top floor of a 5 story modern building with concierge
and elevator, this apartment is circa 100sqm / 1100sqft with a large
livingroom, one master bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom
(tub/shower, sink, toilet), one double bedroom with two single beds,
kitchen, second bathroom (shower stall, sink, toilet) and two balconies.
The livingroom contains two 2-seater sofas, one of which is a sofabed
that can accommodate 2 additional guests. There is also an easy chair,
satellite TV with English language channels, VCR and stereo, as well
as a dining area with antique wood dining table and four chairs. To
one side of the livingroom is a glass door leading to the balcony, which
offers a view of Roman rooftops. The balcony has wood table and chairs
for outdoor dining, as well as a cabinet off to one side containing
clothes washer and dryer.
The second, smaller balcony can be accessed via the master bedroom.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with gas oven and stove with four burners, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast table with four chairs.
There are windows in all major rooms, offering lots of light during the day.
A/C units have been installed in the livingroom and both bedrooms.
Furnishings in this apartment include elegant antique pieces, including a 19th century walnut bookcase and secretaire in the livingroom. Floors are covered with marble tiles and ceilings are high.

This apartment is located in a mainly residential neighborhood just 5 blocks from Piazza del Popolo. On this square you'll find the church of Santa Maria del Popolo, built in the XI century, completely restored around the Renaissance, and today housing some masterpieces by Caravaggio and Pinturicchio. The second largest obelisk in Rome can also be found on this square, originally erected in Heliopolis and brought to this square in the 16th century. Aside from historical interests, Piazza del Popolo also offers several outdoor cafes, where you can relax over a coffee or glass of wine and take in the local sights.
Branching off Piazza del Popolo are three important streets--Via di Ripetta, Via del Corso and Via del Babuino, where you can find numerous quality restaurants, boutiques, antique shops and markets. A circa 10 minute walk down Via del Babuino will take you directly into the Spanish Steps, as well as its surrounding side streets -- Via Condotti, Via Borgognona, Via Carrozze, where most of the high-end fashion boutiques are located.
