This one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of a 5-story, 18th century building located off Piazza Farnese in the historic center of Rome. It is approximately 650 sq.ft., with eat-in kitchen, spacious livingroom, bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a small balcony.

The livingroom comprises a sitting area that is furnished with a single sofabed, coffee table, two armchairs and flat-screen TV; as well as a sleeping area, with a matrimonial bed. This bed can be divided into two single beds upon request.

The french windows in the livingroom open onto a balcony overlooking the building's inner courtyard, predisposing the apartment to peace, light and ventilation.

The bedroom has a matrimonial bed.

The eat-in kitchen is equipped with oven and gas-stove, half-sized refridgerator and breakfast table with four chairs.

Of the two bathrooms, one has a bathtub, while the other has a shower stall.

Floors are covered with terracotta tiles and wood parquet.

The entire apartment is nicely and comfortably furnished.

Piazza Farnese is an aristocratic Renaissance square and the site of the magnificent "Palazzo Farnese", built between 1514-1589, and designed by Sangallo and Michelangelo, among others. Beginning in the1630s until today, this Palazzo has been the site of the French Embassy.

Just one block north is Piazza Campo dei Fiori, a popular square with many restaurants, cafes, shops, boutiques, as well as a daily open air food market. This Piazza come alive during the day with street musicians, local Romans doing their shopping, and people relaxing and taking in the sun at the street-side cafes. At night, it is also a trendy destination for Romans and tourists alike, who gather in this area for the many quality restaurants and wine bars.
