The Colosseum apartment is a bright, spacious open-loft
space with two balconies, located just one block from the Colosseum.
Situated on the top (4th) floor of a building without elevator,
this apartment is approximately 80 sqm / 750 sqft, and is furnished
with a matrimonial (queen-sized bed), a fouton-style queen-sized sofabed,
couch, and a dining table for 4-6 people. The open kitchenette is equipped
with an electric stove with four burners, mid-sized refridgerator and
microwave oven. The bathroom contains a large shower stall, toilet,
bidet and sink.
The two wide balconies, one on either side of the apartment, provide
lots of light as well as a picturesque view of the Colosseum and the
surrounding cityscape.
Floors are covered with hard wood and the ceiling is high.
This apartment is ideal for either a couple looking for a large space,
or for a family of four (couple + two children). A movable screen is
provided and can be placed before the sofabed to section off the area
for privacy.

This apartment is located on Via San Giovanni in Laterano,
which is just one block from the Colosseum (see neighborhood
description).
