This bright, bi-level apartment in Rome is located in the Prati neighborhood, just 4 blocks from Piazza Cavour and and 3 blocks from Piazza Cola di Rienzo, a characteristic shopping and residential neighborhood within close distance to many major attractions in Rome.

The Cesi apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a four story 19th century building with elevator. It is approximately 95 sqms / 1020 sqft in all (lower level 60 sqms / 640 sqft and upper level 35 sqms / 375 sqft). The lower level comprises an entry foyer, livingroom, master bedroom with queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and large eat-in kitchen. A set of staircases in the entry foyer takes you to the upper level, which contains a second bedroom and bathroom.

The livingroom contains a two seater sofabed that opens up to either a double bed, or two single beds (the mattresses can be separated), to accommodate two additional guests.

The bedroom located on the upper level, which contains two single beds, would be more suitable for children or petit people as the ceiling is c. 170cms / 5ft. 7 ins. high from the floor.

Each of the bathrooms on the upper and lower levels contains a large shower stall, sink, toilet and bidet.

The eat-in kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities: dishwasher, clothes washer, microwave oven, large sized refridgerator/freezer and gas oven and stove with four burners.

Furnishings in this apartment are modern and functional. Floors are covered with hard polished wood and the vaulted ceiling in the livingroom offers exposed original terracotta tiles, giving the apartment an airy, clean and polished atmosphere.

There are large windows in all major rooms. The window in the livingroom faces the main street, and windows in the kitchen and master bedroom face the building courtyard, ensuring restful sleep.

The Cesi apartment is situated in the Prati neighborhood of Rome, locally considered one of the prime residential neighborhoods since it offers excellent public transportation, lots of neighborhood shops and restaurants, close to most major sites yet removed enough from the concentration of tourist activity so that it still retains a relatively peaceful atmosphere.

The neighborhood is convenient for accessing most major sites by foot as well as by public transportation. It is located just two blocks west of the Tiber river where, crossing Ponte Margherita, you arrive directly onto Piazza del Popolo, a less than 10 minute walk in all. From Piazza del Popolo, one can reach Piazza di Spagna and the Trevi Fountain in 10 minutes' walk. South of the apartment is Castel Sant'Angelo, which is 6-7 blocks away.

Four blocks south of the apartment is Piazza Cavour, where you can catch buses that will take you to Campo dei Fiori and Piazza Venezia in under 10 minutes.

Four blocks north of the apartment is Via Cola di Rienzo, a long shopping strip lined with high to middle end fashion boutiques, gift shops, street stalls, a large department store with supermarket on the basement level, as well as two gourmet food shops ("Castroni" and "Francchi").
